✅ How It Works

  1. Use Consistently
    Apply SilkGlow patches every day for at least 20 days in a row, ideally overnight.

  2. Document Your Progress
    Take clear, timestamped photos of the treated area:

  • 📍 Day 0 (before starting)

  • 📍 Day 7 (after 1 week of use)

  • 📍 Day 14 (after 2 weeks of use)
    ➡️ Optional: 1–2 extra photos with the patches applied.

  1. Submit Your Request via the Form Only
    All guarantee requests must be submitted exclusively through our Guarantee Form.
    Email support is available only if you encounter technical issues with the form.

  2. Review & Refund
    Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days. If approved, you’ll receive a refund according to our policy.
